Craig Morgan, Quiet Riot and Baby Bash to headline Free Entertainment Stage

The Greeley Stampede just announced the 2016 Free Entertainment Stage headliners, which will include country music star Craig Morgan, classic rock favorite Quiet Riot and rapper Baby Bash.

The Big 97.9 Free Entertainment Stage presented by Banner Health has become one of the main attractions of the Greeley Stampede. Located right in the middle of the park by the food court, the popular free stage showcases national and regional music artists. Guests are able to enjoy the great music, while enjoying more than twenty-five food court options in beautiful Island Grove Regional Park. A multi-faceted entertainer, Craig Morgan has made a name for himself as a country music icon, TV host, celebrated outdoorsman and patriotic Army veteran. One of country music’s best-loved artists, the Black River Entertainment artist thrills massive crowds with signature hits including “Bonfire,” “Almost Home,” “Redneck Yacht Club,” “International Harvester,” "This Ole Boy,” “Wake Up Lovin’ You” and the six week #1, “That’s What I Love About Sunday.” The new single “When I’m Gone” is available for digital download now and will lead a new album due later this year. Craig received one of country music’s highest honors when he was inducted as a member of the Grand Ole Opry in 2008. Quiet Riot

QUIET RIOT is a rock & roll phenomenon. Famously described as the first heavy metal band to top the pop chart at #1 on Billboard magazine, the Los Angeles quartet became an overnight sensation thanks to their monster 1983 smash album Metal Health that included hit singles "Bang Your Head" and "Cum on Feel the Noize". QUIET RIOT continues their historic journey in 2016 with Metal Health founding member Frankie Banali who is joined by QUIET RIOT veteran bassist Chuck Wright and QUIET RIOT guitarist Alex Grossi from their most stable lineup, along with vocalist Jizzy Pearl.


Baby Bash

Smooth rapper Baby Bash, best known for his hit single “Suga Suga” that was his highest-charting song at number seven, on the Billboard Hot 100 and charted on many international ranking including #1 in New Zealand, will perform on the Free Entertainment Stage on Sunday, June 26 at 10:30pm. The song was written by Baby Bash, Happy Perez, Frankie J and it samples "I'm Gonna Love You Just a Little More Baby" by Barry White. In turn, it was sampled in the Robin Schulz song "Sugar" in 2015.
