YOUNG TRAILBLAZERS ART SCHOLARSHIP

Win a $2,500 college scholarship! The Greeley Stampede Foundation is hosting its 4th Annual Young Trailblazer Art Competition in conjunction with the 20th Annual Greeley Stampede Western Art Invitational & Sale.

Weld County High School Seniors (class of 2019) and Juniors (class of 2020) are invited to enter a piece of art into the competition. All genres and mediums are accepted. All student art will be on exhibit during the Greeley Stampede, June 26th – July 7th.

Professional artists will select the recipients of two $2,500 college scholarships which will be announced at the Greeley Stampede Western Art Invitational & Sale Opening Night Gala on June 25th sponsored by First National Bank.

ABOUT THE GREELEY STAMPEDE: The Greeley Stampede, a 501(c)4 nonprofit corporation, is the Colorado’s premiere summer western celebration. This longstanding event has grown in diversity and popularity since its inception and has provided music and rodeo entertainment to hundreds of thousands of people every summer. The Stampede was inducted in the Pro Rodeo Hall of Fame in 2014 and the event was named 2015 Professional Rodeo Cowboy Association (PRCA) Mountain States Large Rodeo of the Year. In 2018, the Stampede was voted one of the USA Today’s Top 10 Rodeos as well as the iHeart Radio Rocky Mountain Country Music Awards Event of the Year.
