Insurance: Vendor agrees to purchase, provide and keep in effect during the term of this Agreement an insurance policy, or rider to its existing policy with the Stampede and its agents, servants, officers, and employees named as additional insured, which will provide coverage in the amount of $500,000.00 for property damage and $1,000,000.00 per person and $1,000,000.00 per occurrence for personal injury (including death), insuring the Vendor’s liability under this Agreement.
Vendors are prohibited from selling ANY items that do not comply with the approved bag policy or are listed under prohibited items.
