The Accounting Coordinator is a full-time hourly non-exempt staff position that manages the financial and
accounting operations while maintaining legal compliance. The ideal candidate will have a clear understanding of
the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), vast experience with QuickBooks, experience with nonprofit accounting practices, be able to handle high stress situations, have proficient computer experience and is
highly detail oriented.
The Accounting Coordinator will work closely with the hired CPA firms for guidance, document preparation and
financial reporting. In addition to managing the Greeley Stampede financial accounts, this position will also
coordinate the Greeley Stampede Foundation and Friends of Island Grove 501c3 non-profit organization financial
accounts.
The Accounting Coordinator is a full-time hourly non-exempt position. The position will require flexible
scheduling of work to accommodate peak times, community involvement and meetings.
